Job Title: Document Controller (DDC)

Reports To: Project/Engineering Manager

Job Summary
The Document Controller (DDC) is responsible for managing and maintaining all project and technical documentation, ensuring proper control, accuracy, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Submit updated vendor documents in DMS (DCI& MCI)
Ensure proper numbering, version control, and document classification
Track, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents in excel
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for document submission and
approvals
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry requirements
Archive and retrieve documents (electronic and hard copy)
Monitor document workflows and ensure timely processing
Prepare document status reports and support audits (weekly/monthly)

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field

7-10 years of document control experience, preferably in oil & gas or EPC projects
Familiarity with EDMS tools (e.g, Aconex, SharePoint)

Skills:
Strong organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
